Les fjords de Norvège des Lofoten à Bergen

This cruise explores the coast of Norway from north to south, from the Lofoten Islands, an archipelago located 200km north of the Arctic Circle, the historic land of the Vikings whose islands are among the most beautiful in the world, to the city of Bergen, via the famous fjord region, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We offer you a peaceful 11-day cruise through the fjords, with plenty of stops to discover the typical fishing villages and beautiful landscapes for which this coastline is famous, where the mountains seem to rise out of the sea. Like the famous coastal express or Hurtigruten, we'll be sailing along the coast of Norway, but taking the time to stop off in several places !

Course of the trip

Day 1: Arrival at the airport in Svolvaer, the archipelago's main town, and boarding. Evening at leisure and visit to the town. Overnight in port.

Day 2 : Lofoten Islands, Trollfjord. Sail to Raftsundet to discover the famous Trollfjord with its impressive walls, then stop off on a small island for a shore excursion.

Day 3 : Lofoten Islands, Nusfjord: Morning sail to Nusfjord, arriving late morning. Explore the village and surrounding area of Nusfjord, a historic village listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and walk along the coastal path to Nesland. Overnight at the quayside in Nusfjord.

Day 4 : Lofoten Islands, Queen. Morning shore excursion to discover the tundra and lakes overlooking Nusfjord, and mushroom and berry picking possible.... Setting sail from Nusfjord at midday, we arrive in Reine in the early afternoon, a marvellous mountain setting. We'll explore the many fjords of Reine's inner bay, with their numerous waterfalls and breathtaking panoramas. Afternoon walking excursion.  Stroll along the beach and collect shells if the tide is right!  Sail south in the evening. Night at sea.

Day 5 : Torghatten, the pierced mountain. Sail south along the coast and pass Torghatten, the famous pierced mountain, in the early afternoon. You can disembark by zodiac and walk ashore to the hole in Torghatten if the weather is fine. Back on board at around 7:00 pm, before heading south towards the Geiranger fjord.

Day 6 : Norway's Fjords: Arrive early in the morning at the entrance to Geiranger fjord, which we will sail up to the village of Hellesylt. In the late morning we disembark for one of the most beautiful excursions in the area to discover the old hanging farms and the meadows and forests overlooking the Geiranger. Set sail in the evening and head south

Day 8 : Norway's fjords, Floro. Day of very fine sailing, arriving in the afternoon at the islets and lighthouse of Stabben off Floro. If the weather is favourable, we'll make a stopover on a little-known island and take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful walk. Setting sail in the evening for Sognefjord

Day 9 : Fjord Norway, the Sognefjorden. After crossing the Krakhellasundet strait, we enter the Sognefjord, Norway's largest fjord (200 km long!), a UNESCO World Heritage site, and travel up the fjord to arrive in Naeroyfjord in the late morning, where we discover the old postal route, a beautiful coastal path along the fjord.
